BASIC STEP

30 minute class that will teach you the basic step techniques at a slower pace

STEP ONE

45 Minute step class that uses the basics in easy to follow patterns or modules

STEP ONE PLUS

45/60 minute step class for those wanting a little more challenge with more variety of patterns. Designed for the intermediate stepper. Light weights may be used during this class.

STEP TWO

45 Minute class that offering modular combinations This class is for proficient experienced steppers. It offers a variety of patterns and combinations to keep your body and mind moving. Double borad may be used occasionally.  Style may vary depending on instructor!

KICKBOXING

45-60 minute cardio workout using basic boxing and kickboxing techniques. Boxing or martial arts experience is not necessary. No equipment required. GREAT WORKOUT!

CARDIO FREESTYLE

45 minute class where the instructor can get creative and keep it a great fat burning class. Could be anything from step, double board, kickboxing, boxing, floor aerobics, etc. You won't get bored!

BODY PUMP

A fantastic strength and cardio weight training program done with special weights that can be adjusted to your fitness level. You'll be gaining lean muscle while losing fat.  You won't want to miss this class!

YOGA

Combines the ancient Hatha Yoga practice with modern fitness movements and safety guidelines. This is non-purist yoga specifically designed for the fitness industry which integrates body and mind total performance. It features strength, cardiovascular conditioning, and flexibility components using music to enhance experience. It is safe, effective and appropriate for all ages.

SPINNING

45 minute indoor cycling class designed to benefit everyone from beginning to world class athletes. Classes are identified by style of ride, endurance, strength, interval and race day. If you don't have spinning included in your membership, ask how you can get it!

 

Weight Training:

We offer a wide variety of high quality weights and exercise systems, including both free weights and weight machines. Our weight room also includes several abdominal weight machines and benches.
Cardio Training:

ULTIMATE FITNESS’s cardio training facilities are second to none. Bikes, steppers, treadmills and elliptical trainers - we have a machine to fit all your cardio needs. With over 50 machines to choose from, we guarantee that you will never have to wait.
Aerobic Classes:

Aerobics, stepping, kickboxing, Tae-Bo, and spinning are only some of the aerobic classes offered at ULTIMATE FITNESS. All of our aerobic instructors are highly qualified and have created unique aerobics classes available solely for our members.
